RunLLM Inc. (d/b/a Herald)
Herald engages the following subprocessors to support its platform operations. This list is updated when subprocessors are added or removed. Customers who have executed a Data Processing Addendum may object to new subprocessors per the terms described therein.

| Elastic | Secure storage of customer-provided data for the purposes of indexing and retrieval |
| PlanetScale | Secure storage of customer conversations, ensuring reliable data storage |
| OpenAI | Scalable inference for OpenAI proprietary language models |
